Cath Rose Surface Pattern Design

  These are my fashion illustration pictures that inspired me from their colours, pattern and style of illustration. They shows off a variety fashion illustration of technique drawings have an abstract look from each illustrations, some showed off a  negative, collage, digital and pen drawings to perform different outcome on fashion illustration. I like the outcome as the drawing show a technique compositions style and the colour advertising the fashion. 

Colour Museum and Match Box Museum Evaluation   My view on Colour Museum was interesting by discovering varieties of objects that I collected, my area of my colour was brown and the reason I chosen brown was natural and tonal contrast with other colours.   My research on my brown objects I found varieties of places from my home, the beach and haberdashery shops to my items I collected showed a graduated colour tonal and the light. My artist research I done through my project that they based their work on the colour brown. Andy Goldsworthy, David Nash, Zandra Rhodes and Rob Ryan I based on my Colour Museum project as I inspired from their designs and composition and sculpture. The artist that stands out the most to me was David Nash, environment sculpture artist and fashion and textiles, Zandra Rhodes. Fifi Lapin: S H O P Fifi Lapin is a link I research for my blog as it shows a unique look from their illustration and design clothes. They show off their designs by presenting their models as a rabbit to have a quirky perspective into a illustration model than a real model. I like how they use a illustration rabbit for the reason that it is more unique and different than having a normal model, as sometimes the real model is not always eye catching to look at by having the clothes design.

  My portfolio pictures that I have relate to my Colour Museum project I have compositioned into different style. I focus on the objects and combine them with familial objects alike that they show a unique look. My objects I found is home furniture.  

Wayne Thiebaud is my chosen artist research on my Colour Museum project in my personal reason I have chosen Wayne Thiebaud is the composition and colour. In each colour the cakes shows off simplistic detail of graduated tone and light. Wayne Thiebaud composition in symmetry layout in orderly scale.

 I use my porcelain clay to create a brown button from my  collections.The process was recorded at each stages to show the shape and form on the button surface. I use variety of tools to design my button surface such as a carving and pin tool. On my final piece I added texture to show depth on my design. 

  Rob Ryan is a influence for my colour museum project, my opinion on his work shows a texture, detail and style. Rob Ryan shows off a conversational pattern contrast from the different graduated tones of brown. I love the text that shows a complimentary as it is a completion to his design pattern. Rob Ryan's font text has a bond with his design print as it shows off a narrative story, from the way it is compositioned and laid out in his pattern design. Rob Ryan's second picture text shows off scale like it is climbing steps. From the text style in scale is part of the narrative story.
